1.3 In order for you to optimally utilize OSHEQS services, you may be asked to submit personal information such as Title, Name, Surname, Email, Name of Company/Organization, services required, and names of others on whose behalf you may be acting.
1.4 Personal Information that we process shall, to the extent necessary, be limited to the information you consent to provide. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy constitutes consent as contemplated in section 69 of the Act.
1.5 OSHEQS avoids collecting sensitive information (race, ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs) except with your specific consent or as permitted by law.
1.6 OSHEQS implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed, but we continually maintain and improve our security practices.

1.8 Personal Information will only be accessible to authorized personnel, including employees or associate professionals, subject to professional and confidentiality obligations.

1.10 By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of your Personal Information for marketing services related to OSHEQS products.
1.11 Users under the age of 18 without legal capacity may not access or order our services.
Clause 2 – Data Files
2.1 Data collected by OSHEQS may be used to identify client health profiles if aggregated with other personal information. It shall be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties.
2.2 Data shall only be used for purposes consented to and required by applicable legislation.
2.3 Personal Information is collected when clients request services, complete forms, or interact with our website or online platforms.
Clause 3 – Disclosure of Personal Information
3.1 All personal information shall be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases of a breach, which we will correct immediately.
Clause 4 – Application of the ECT Act
4.1 Data messages (as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002) are deemed received only when we respond.
4.2 Users acknowledge that electronic signatures, encryption, or authentication are not required for electronic communication to be valid.
